About OnPath
We are building a more understandable way to plan for safety, recovery, comfort, and independence at home.
Our mission
Help more people take confident, informed steps toward living well at home.
Planning for life at home can involve long-term independence, a transition home after a hospital stay, rehabilitation following an illness or injury, changing mobility, family conversations, budgets, and timing. OnPath brings the first part of that process into one guided experience so people can understand the home in front of them and decide what to explore next.
What guides us
Clear information should lead to useful action
Our product decisions are centered on three simple principles.
Make the home understandable
Translate what is visible in a room into clear observations people can review and discuss.
Support practical priorities
Help people focus on the changes that fit their home, needs, and available resources.
Respect personal choice
Provide useful information without taking control away from the people making decisions about their home.
Why OnPath
The home is personal. The process should be too.
A useful assessment needs more than a generic checklist. OnPath connects room photos with personal context, then organizes the findings so the person using the tool can move forward at a pace that works for them.
OnPath is designed as a planning aid, not a medical diagnosis or a replacement for an in-person evaluation when professional judgment is needed.
